HI, I’M ERICA

Pilates educator. mentor. successful home & online studio owner. sharing my wisdom is my passion.

With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 8,000 hours taught, I’ve built a fully booked/waitlisted home Pilates studio, educated and mentored pilates teachers, and worked across top studios in Los Angeles. My work includes writing and leading workshops for teachers, contributing to and facilitating teacher trainings, and creating my own successful comprehensive pre- and postnatal certification for Pilates professionals.

With an advertising degree and 6 years spent working in marketing, I creatively combine movement and business strategy—helping teachers grow with intention, professionalism, and confidence. My work supports long-term success, both in the studio and beyond it!

Bringing teachers together to uplift and support one another is so needed! At our quarterly meetups in LA, we alternate between meeting at different studios for movement and local hotspots for drinks and apps. We exchange knowledge and empower one another. It’s a safe space for connection, laughter, and fun —because, let’s face it, we work hard, and we all deserve a little bit of joy and time just for us. .
